ICE has a lot of great team members. Some team members are hired in sales, love it and stay in that department throughout their careers. Some, find success in other areas of the business. Our team members are what truly makes ICE a diverse and unique place to work.
We have some pretty amazing people with many backgrounds and different personalities who have a real passion for what they do. So, we thought what better way to show who we are?

My ICE Story:
I had taken time off from my career as a regional director of sales to raise my daughter when a friend encouraged me to come to ICE. I was not entirely ready to resume my career nor sure about the company or industry that I wanted to pursue next. My friend suggested I try an entry level sales position at ICE. I joined the ICE family in June of 2010. That October, our department competed in the annual Halloween contest. Our theme was the NCL Epic and I was to play the part of Madonna for the “Stars at Sea”. Since it was my day off, I came in just for the judging and my 10 year old daughter accompanied me. She watched the team present our theme, and as we left, she asked me “how old do I have to be to work at your company”. It was then I decided to make ICE a serious part of my next career. I took part in the Compass chart your course intern program to learn more about the company’s business model and quickly moved up the ranks. I have been a team lead in our validations department, a supervisor for cruise, and eventually moved to travel in 2012 as the ICE brands Manager. I now oversee the entire department including our global offices. I have had the privilege of learning ICE from the ground up and am proud to lead such a fantastic group of people.

Name one thing you’ve always wanted to try, but have not yet: Ballroom dancing
Do you have any life hacks? Not really a hack but I have a simple journal by my bed and I list out everything I am thinking about right before I go to sleep. Helps me not forget important things and acts as a way to let any stress go.
What is your favorite ICE amenity? Massages
Do you have any advice for prospective ICE candidates? Work hard, give your best, stay flexible, stay adaptable and rise to the top.
