ICE has a lot of great team members. Some of which are hired into sales, love it and stay in that department throughout their careers, while others find success in other areas of the business. Regardless, our team members are what truly make ICE a diverse and unique place to work.
We have some pretty amazing people with many backgrounds and different personalities who have a real passion for what they do. So, we thought what better way to show who we are?
Introducing, John!
What would your autobiography be called? Live, Learn, Evolve
Current Position: Manager, Travel Product Applications
Original Position: Travel & Resort Specialist
My ICE Story: After taking a year off of work to travel, I decided it was time to rejoin the workforce to start saving up for my next big adventure. I never thought when I joined ICE in January of 2009 as a Travel & Resort Specialist that it would become a career, but now I can’t imagine doing anything else.
Back in 2009, the travel team consisted of only 5 agents and has since grown to a staff of over 300. I’ve done many things and held various positions; Travel & Resort Specialist, helped open the Mexico City office, RCI Travel Team Lead, started the travel departments in the Portugal and Orlando offices, Training Specialist, and Manager of Travel Product Applications.
ICE is not just a place you work it’s a family, and I’m so honored and grateful to work alongside one of the best families in the world.
